Our Strict Supplier rating system and Effective Quality Assurance System ensure all our goods are new and original.

The following ways we are strickly doing to make sure only 100% qualified and comfirming products are provided to our customers.

Supplier Management

ChipDirect strictly implements ISO9001:2015 management system standards and strictly selects all suppliers. We strictly develop and implement our supplier evaluation system, and we evaluate and screen all suppliers on a quarterly basis.

Effective Quality Assurance System

All incoming materials are inspected upon arrival and the results are recorded in detail to ensure that all goods meet our quality requirements.

Packaging and Warehouse

The products are packed and handled in strict accordance with the packaging specifications of electronic components, and ensure the safety of the goods during transportation.

External Visual Inspection

Check the number of parts, internal packaging, desiccation and outer packing, vacuum packaging in good condition, brindled hot pressing marks clear and maintain high consistency, manufacturer’s logo position and print font   (including date code and country/region) in accordance with manufacturer’s standard.

Chip Inspection

Chip detection requires components to be of the same shape/color, The front and back of the components have the same finish, no scratches. Verify secondary coating, the pin state, polishing marks, the bump on Marking. Positioning hole is accurate and clear, Pin/ball color and shape are normal(no oxidation, deformation,  burr, damage, pollution, etc).Overall dimension, pin position, pin spacing, pin length are consistent with package outline.

Funcion Test

Validate the passive component to ensure that there are no openings or  defects;

Ensure the component performance meets manufacturer’s specifications (resistance/capacitance/inductance) .

Packaging and Logistics

The final step is packaging and delivery, we attach very importance to it, all goods must be shipped in ESD standard packaging, no defects and/or modifications.  We provide complete packing and transportation services to assist you in shipping goods to your designated destination.
